Project terms.

These terms apply to digital services supplied by PLATFAWM PTE. LTD., Singapore, together with the written quote you accept. Contact support@platfawm.com or +65 8913 0505 with questions before ordering.

Scope and payment

The written quote defines the deliverable, price and selected currency (SGD or USD), timeline and acceptance criteria. Pay only after agreeing the scope. Additional work and third-party costs require a separate agreement.

Customer inputs

You must have authority to supply data and grant any project access. Use an approved secure access method; do not email passwords.

Handover and ownership

The quote must identify the files and usage rights you receive, any third-party licences and any ongoing maintenance. Third-party services remain subject to their own terms.

Delivery and cancellation

The delivery and refunds policies form part of each agreed project. No subscription or recurring billing is included in these packages. Singapore law applies, subject to any mandatory rights that apply to you.
