This policy applies to fixed-scope digital service projects. Your written quote identifies your deliverables and acceptance criteria.

Before work starts

You may cancel for a full refund before work begins.

After work starts

Contact support to cancel. We will provide a breakdown of completed work and refund the unperformed portion of the agreed scope. Any amount retained must reflect work completed.

If something is wrong

Tell us which agreed acceptance criteria were not met. We will propose a correction, or an appropriate refund if we cannot deliver the agreed work. This policy does not limit any mandatory rights.

Requesting a refund

Email support@platfawm.com or call +65 8913 0505 with your order reference and reason. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method; processing time depends on the payment provider and bank.
