Agree the scope

We confirm deliverables, acceptance criteria, price, required access and timing in writing before payment.

Delivery timing

Standard timelines are 3 business days for a research brief, 5 for a workflow automation and 7 for a small digital tool. The clock starts once payment and the agreed inputs are received. Any project-specific schedule is stated in your quote.

Digital handover

Deliverables are provided by email or an agreed secure download. No physical shipping is involved. Third-party fees and ongoing maintenance are excluded unless stated in your quote.

Changes and delays

Changes beyond the agreed scope require a revised quote. If access or inputs are delayed, we agree an updated schedule. Each package includes the revision round stated on the services page.
